Description

A savory, crunchy granola with the flavors of a spicy Thai peanut sauce.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Crunchy Peanut Butter, Melted
  • 1-½ teaspoon Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • ½ Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Dried Cilantro
  • ¼ teaspoons Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • ¼ cups (heaping) Salted, Roasted Peanuts
  • ¼ cups (packed) Shredded, Sweetened Coconut

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a medium bowl combine peanut butter, sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic powder, cilantro, and ginger.

Stir in oats, peanuts, and coconut.

Spread onto a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Stirring once halfway through cooking.

Let cool completely and store in an airtight container.
