Made these for a baby shower, although I made a small adjustment by using 1/2 a package of cream cheese and 1/2 a cup of sour cream. I had to transport them a ways and I was afraid the sour cream would be too soft.

The mix spread on 9 tortillas, which means I had a LOT of them once they were sliced. I thought I was going to have tons of left overs, but they got absolutely devoured. My kids even stood next to me while I was slicing so they could eat the scraps!
