Description

Spicy Roasted Red Pepper & Artichoke Hummus

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces, weight Garbanzo Beans
  • 2 whole Roasted Red Peppers
  • 14 ounces, fluid Artichoke Hearts, Drained
  • ¼ cups Tahini
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Peeled
  • 2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large food processor and pulse until smooth. Adjust salt and pepper if needed and serve with pita chips, celery or carrot sticks.

Yum! Love the kick of the red pepper flakes. I was looking for a new twist on hummus and this is it. Delicious and spicy!
