Roasted grape tomato and fire roasted poblano chili mixed with zucchini, onion, pepper and cilantro! A great way to intensify the tomato flavor in homemade salsa.

This bright-tasting seafood salsa can use langostino or shrimp for a nice change to vegetable or fruit salsa.

Ice cold, plump shrimp and a super tangy, spicy cocktail sauce laden with hot horseradish.

This is easy and delicious! One of my favorite hot dips!

Thank you for sharing this recipe. Do you drizzle olive oil on the potato slices or leave as is?

Can this be done with sweet potatoes?

These are great! I have also tried doing it in the microwave and it works fine too!

WHAT? It’s that SIMPLE? And stores charge $3 per small bag of them, and they mostly get crushed.. sheesh!
I”m with Renee.. what about sweet potatoes!? What if you don’t have silicone sheets?

I haven’t tried sweet potatoes yet, but they are on my to-do list. I’d bet they’ll work fine. As for drizzling olive oil, yes, you can but I’d err on the side of less is more. Really, they tasted amazing with just a sprinkling on sea salt and nothing more. So glad everyone is loving them!

I think parchment paper would work as good as the silicone sheets.
