Oh my God, what a great name for a recipe. I love that it’s not “beer cheese dip.” Don’t waste words. Just use the important ones.

I wanted to like this dip, but unfortunately just did not like it. Made it for a group of friends and served with bread chunks, crackers and pretzels. Had alot left over after the party, so it was not a favorite for anyone.
I found it to be too salty (prob from the dressing mix and the Worcestershire) something was just off.

I made this for a college parent’s meeting and served it with yummy buttery crackers and I swear those folks were licking the bowl.

Now humorously enough, I don’t like cheese and/or beer, so honestly I didn’t taste it….but my husband loved it and told me I could make this any time. :)

Considering how quick and easy it is — I will!! Thx!!

I made this dip for a cookout and everyone loved it. I served it in a loaf of Hawaiian bread with the center cut out and we used the bread and pretzels for dippers. I recommend if you do it this way that you double the recipe in order to fill the whole loaf.

The beer flavor was slightly there, but I only used a light beer that I had in the fridge. If I make this again I’m going to cut back on the amount of ranch mix and try a beer with a stronger flavor to hopefully bring the flavor of the beer out a little better. Overall, a great crowd pleaser.
