Description

A fresh, healthy salsa recipe made with mangoes and cucumbers.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Ripe Mangoes Peeled, Pitted And Diced
  • 2 whole Persian Cucumbers, Diced
  • ½ whole Sweet Onion, Diced
  • 2 whole Red Chiles (or More, To Taste), Finely Chopped
  • ½ bunches Fresh Cilantro, Finely Chopped
  • 1  Lime, Juiced
  • Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste

Preparation

Combine the mango, cucumber, onion, chiles and cilantro in a medium-sized bowl. Add the lime juice and toss; season with salt and pepper. Cover the salsa and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let the flavours meld.
