The heartburn that kept me up all night from ingesting this in mass quantities was totally worth it. This was amazing! I took it to a family function and it received rave reviews. We loved it! Have you ever thrown some bacon in it? I might try that next time but I’m not sure if the world is ready for that level of awesomeness!
Thanks for a wonderful recipe that I’ll definitely be making repeatedly.

This was great…served it at book group and again at a party – it was devoured. It’s just like a jalapeno poppper – fantastic idea!

Made this for a BBQ this weekend. AMAZINGINGLY yummy. I did add a couple of cloves of chopped garlic for some more flavor. But this one’s a keeper for sure.

I just made this for my book club last night and it was beyond fabulous! The only thing I did differently was use canned jalapenos (because I was cooking a ton and it was just easier). I will definately be making this again and again. Thanks!

Was gobbled up at the bday party last night. And so easy to make. Going on the menu this weekend too!

OMG I would totally make this daily if I had the metabolism of a child… but I don’t
Seriously though, this is amazing. It tastes just like a jalapeno popper. I didn’t have enough jalapenos so I added more chiles so it was probably a little more tame so if you don’t like hot, just cut down on the jalapenos and add more chiles. Amazingly delicious.

Made it for a party yesterday and got rave reviews. I took all the seeds and membrane out, and it still had quite a nice bite to it. Will definitely make again. Thanks for a great recipe.

This was totally amazing. I was a little scared at first when I tasted it prior to cooking because it seemed way to spicy but after it cooked the heat calmed down and I wish I had even added another pepper. SOOOOO good and was devoured at my party. Thanks!!!

Just bought a ‘pesto’ dip from Central Market that probably tastes just like this…so now I know, thank you, though the hatch chilies they used were blended into it, no chunks. Will have to double it and try out on the inlaws this weekend. My husband has slathered it on everything.

Made this today for a family gathering and everyone loved it! I expected it to be spicier, although it ended up fine since some people don’t like it too hot…if I make it again I might throw in an extra jalapeno or two!

You can adjust the amount of “heat” in this dish by how many seeds from the jalapeños you leave in. That’s where the real heat comes from. If I know a lot of kids will be eating it, I leave most of the seeds out. If it’s mostly adults, then I put a lot of seeds in – usually half of the amount of seeds available is plenty. The heat goes a LONG way!
