This dip was fantastic! It was easy to make and all our guests loved it for a summer cookout.

Made this for a party yesterday and it was fabulous! My bread did overbake, though, before the cheese was melted so next time I’ll probably wrap it in foil to keep that from happening. I will definitely make this again.

Excellent! Made it for a family party, and it was gone in minutes, and I had quite a few people asking for the recipe. I took the advice of wrapping in tinfoil, and think that really helps!

I made this for a dinner party and it the bread bowl was scraped clean. I had one guest who tried to leave with the empty bowl! It is so wonderful. I wrapped my bread in tinfoil as per the suggestions and it came out lovely.

WOW! I made this for a Thanksgiving appetizer and everyone raved about it. Does not disappoint! I might try adding some cream cheese in next time to give it a different texture just to see. Delicious!

I have made this twice now. It is SO GOOD! Not your typical cheddar and bacon dip. The cheeses give it a more Italian flavor. Its a big hit!

We LOVE this dip. I use cheddar, but the monteray jack sounds great. It gets devoured every time I make it.
