Preheat your oven to 375 F.
Unroll the croissant dough on a work surface. Separate each triangle using the provided perforations. Spread ½ teaspoon of mustard on each triangle. Layer one slice of ham, one slice of cheese, and 4 pieces of asparagus over the wide end of each croissant. Roll up the dough and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt. Serve warm.
