I made this using some frozen tomatoes from last summer. (I was cleaning out the freezer). It was wonderful!

I mad this on Friday. It makes a huge batch! It was gone very very quickly. So good and soooo easy. I have many more tomatoes on the vines. I can’t wait until they turn red so I can make this again!! I served with grilled cheese and pancetta. Perfect way to start the weekend!

I am totally in love with this recipe right now. I made it twice when in NH for a weeks vacation to rave reviews, and just last night made it again to bring for healthy lunches at work. I was swooning over it at my desk this afternoon. So easy, so yummy, so good!

I made this recipe last week after finding it on PW’s site. It was wonderful. Perfect for a hot summer day. I like it at room temperature so I left it sitting out of the fridge for about 15 mins. before serving.

This is a wonderful recipe! Easy too. I made it for my church group and everyone loved it! Very refreshing on a hot, steamy night.

This is a terrific recipe … one of my PW favorites, actually. Makes a large amount for easy sharing and tastes delicious. A fantastic summer dinner or lunch.

I made this last weekend because I needed something I could make ahead. My husband says he doesn’t even like gazpacho and he loved it, and I’m not even a huge tomato fan and I thought it was great too!

This recipe is perfect as-is, wicked easy and healthy to boot! My vegetarian friends loved it so much they immediately served it at a dinner party, then took it on vacation to make for their parents. This is definitely a new summer staple. Make sure you don’t forget the grilled bread!

I made this gazpacho this week-end for a really hot day here in So. Calif. and it was a huge hit with the family. I added some organic jalapenos because we are a super spicy family!!!! What a nice, refreshing soup.

Made this last night because it is too stinking hot to cook. Very tasty and refreshing! I always wanted to try gazpacho but was always too chicken thinking that I might not like it but your pictures were so enticing I couldn’t resist. Thanks!

I’ve been wanting to make this ever since I saw the recipe posted but I didn’t have a Food Processor! :*(
But then I finally went and got one and I made the gazpacho last night, chilled it in the fridge overnight then had it for lunch at work w/ grilled shrimp and avocado. Talk about DELISH! Who woulda thought it would be pretty darn filling too!

I made this over the weekend without going back to review the recipe online. I think on the blog Ree called for 4 tomatoes. I guessed on the size and I’m pretty sure I used more tomatoes than she did. I needed to add more seasonings but when I got it right, boy was it great! I added white pepper, a diced jalapeno and black pepper. I also used a low-sodium tomato juice and it needed more salt. Loved the raw zucchini here!
