Thank you for this wonderful recipe. I made it for a party and it was gone in a second!

Ree, you are the queen of salsa! I made this for my World Cup party, and even picky eaters were digging in and singing their praises. After I eat this batch, I’m making more for the 4th of July!

I love this salsa recipe. We made it once for just the two of us us and devoured the whole thing. We made it again for my family and added one red pepper and some black beans to the mix too and it was delicious.

My husband loved this recipe! We didn’t have fresh corn so I used frozen and it was still great. I imagine it would be even more amazing with fresh corn. I will definitely be making this again.

This was so delicious! We had this as an apetizer on the weekend and I think I ate half the bowl myself. I had to use parsley instead of cilantro as I live in the sticks and we don’t have fancy stuff like that here
I’m planning on making this again next week on my family vacation.

Perfect for fresh summer veggies! An ideal topping for grilled fish and seafood tacos. I try to keep this in the fridge all season long!

My best friend RAVED about this salsa! I took a fresh dish of it to her house for a potluck and she made me leave all of the leftovers! The cilantro is a must-have; it adds a nice zing to the dish. Love it! I can’t wait til next summer for all the fresh corn and avocados so I can make this again!

Those who are Indiana, like me, thank you for giving us such an excellent way to use our corn during the summer months:)

I love this salsa. It is a summer staple! I also love that unlike some other salsas there’s no added oil — the fat comes from the avocado, which is just enough.

This is the perfect summer snack. So fresh, crunchy and tasty that I can eat it as a meal replacement! I use it as a topping on fish tacos, too. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I’m reviewing this in December and can’t wait for growing season and my new salsa garden!

I love, love, love this recipe, especially with good sweet corn. I make it in the winter with a 1lb bag of frozen sweet corn and it’s really just as good that way! Love it as a side dish for any Mexican night, or with chips as a dip.
