This easy granola is great on top of anything! Yogurt, fruit, ice cream, you name it! Don’t be scared by all of the ingredients! This granola is to die for!
1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Line one large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Set aside.
2. Combine the oats, oat bran, almonds and pecans in a large bowl. Set aside for a moment.
3. In a saucepan, stir together the salt, brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, oil, cinnamon, and vanilla. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then immediately pour over the dry ingredients and stir to coat. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
4. Bake in preheated oven until crispy and toasted, about 20 minutes. Stir halfway through. Cool, then stir in the raisins and/or cranberries before storing in an airtight container.
Simple and easy!

Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
