Drain and rinse cans of black beans and corn. Combine in a large mixing bowl with tomatoes, avocados, scallions, and cilantro.
Mix the package of Italian dressing with vinegar water and oil (just follow ingredient directions on the back of the package) and then pour over ingredients in the bowl.
Add the juice from the lime and mix. (The lime juice will also help the avocados from browning.)
