Description

A mixture of Dungeness crab, tomatoes, onions, lemon, lime, cilantro and avocado. It’s like sunshine in a bowl. Perfect for Cinco de Mayo!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Finely Chopped Tomatoes, Seeded
  • ½ cups Finely Diced Red Onion
  • 1 whole Serrano Pepper, Seeded And Diced
  • 8 ounces, weight Fully Cooked Dungeness Crab Meat, Picked Over For Shells
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted, And Diced

Preparation

Combine the first seven ingredients (tomatoes through salt) in a bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Remove bowl from the refrigerator. Gently mix in the cilantro and avocado. Serve with chips or in tortillas as tacos.
