Chipotle peppers + roasted red peppers = Double Red Pepper Hummus! Yee haw!
In the food processor, add chickpeas, roasted red peppers, chipotle pepper, lemon juice, salt, garlic, and tahini. Give it a few pulses, then give it a whirl while streaming in the olive oil. Add as much chickpea juice back in as needed to reach desired consistency. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides and buzz until desired texture. Keep chilled and serve with veggies or pita chips.
