Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shred chicken in a medium sized bowl. Add the remaining ingredients (except phyllo cups) and mix well. Fill phyllo cups with about a tablespoon of filling. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Enjoy warm out of the oven or at room temperature.
