Description

This Cheddar Cheese Ball is not only super easy to prepare but your crowd will gobble it up. My husband ate half of it in one sitting. Very flavorful spread!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 8 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 teaspoons Dried Parsley (or Substitute 5 Teaspoons Fresh For The 3 Teaspoons Dried)
  • ½ cups Pecans, Chopped

Preparation

Combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar in a large bowl. Add in the dried onion, dried garlic, Worcestershire sauce and dried parsley. Thoroughly combine.

Form the mixture into a ball and then roll the ball in the chopped pecans. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Serve on a platter with a variety if crackers.
