Description

Braunschweiger turned into a creamy dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Braunschweiger
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • ½ cups Ketchup
  • ⅓ cups Onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation

Bring Braunschweiger and cream cheese to room temperature. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. A fork works well to break up the Braunschweiger.

Refrigerate for 24 hours for best flavor. Serve with crackers.
