YOWZERS.
I love these things. Love them love them.
Spicy peppers and salty bacon and CHEESE!
Its all my favorite things in one bite.
I made them for the fam when I was visiting and they disappeared quick.
I am always keeping my eye open for jalapenos. I live in Germany, so they’re not as easily available.
The glove usage is kind of key. I need to get some of those!

I made 30 of these and froze half of them. The fresh batch was delicious but the frozen batch I made a few days later wasn’t nearly as good. The peppers weren’t as crunchy and the cheese wasn’t as smooth and creamy.

Oh, yum. These are amazing. They are way better than any deep fried jalapeño poppers you can buy anywhere!

I make these all the time. They are a staple for our parties and the most-requested thing I make!
Be warned – if you’re making a truckload of them (like, more than 10) you should probably wear a mask, goggles and gloves. Suit up like you work for the CDC because breathing in jalapeno fumes will mess you up. It did me, anyway! I coughed for hours! But they were worth it, baby.

Sent my husband to the grocery store for ingredients for this recipe. We were having our monthly dinner club with friends. He called and asked if Serrano peppers were okay- I said No. He brought home with what I thought were jalapenos..however as we dig into them – he told me they were serranos! The peppers were hot but a big hit! Thanks!

These are totally delicious! They are excellent hot, cold, warm, re-heated, you name it — they are fabulous! The hardest part was having any left for the group — the aroma of bacon permeated the house, and we started noshing as soon as they were cool enough to touch. Make more than you think you’ll need, you won’t be sorry!

It should be illegal how many times I’ve made these.
THEY EVEN TASTE DELICIOUS WHEN THEY’RE BURNT! Not even a little burnt – Like full on caramelized and brown, they wind up wickedly spicy and smokey. <— This is not a suggestion!! It was merely an accident that still tasted good! I would much rather eat them baked to a nice crisp.

These are delicious and so much better than the jalapeno poppers you get in any restaurant. They are so easy to make and are an instant hit at any dinner party.

My husband makes these and oh they are soo good! We use peppered bacon and the vegetable garden flavored cream cheese, then we grill ‘em. Yummy esp when the bacon gets just a bit of char on it
