In a large bowl, mash 2 avocados. Slice the remaining 2 and add to the bowl. Into the same bowl, squeeze the lime and add a pinch of kosher salt. Add in diced tomatoes, garlic, onion, jalapeno, Frank’s Red Hot, Gorgonzola cheese, bacon and chopped cilantro. Sprinkle with chipotle chile powder and cayenne to taste. Gently toss and serve with corn tortilla chips.
