Description

Avocado Cilantro Hummus aka Guacamummus!

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces, weight Garbanzo Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Pit Removed
  • ½ cups Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 3 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in the food processor or blender except the olive oil. Pulse the mixture for a few seconds to chop everything up.

Turn the food processor on and then steam in the olive oil and let blend until completely combined. Adjust salt if needed.

Serve with pita chips or carrots, celery and radishes.
