How do I spell lunch?
Simple — “(Almost) Chuy’s Creamy Jalapeno Dip”!
I’m very much enjoying the dip as I type this note.

This was GREAT! Made it for a pool party/bbq a few weekends ago. The container was the first to be licked clean. 
I did add extra sour cream to mine, as my jalapenos were REALLY hot.

This is REALLY GOOD! I took it to our small group and people were shoveling this dip down and everyone wanted the receipe. Definately will be making this again

Just made this for a party and I hope it lasts long enough for other people to try it! I used spicy ranch mix. Yum! I will definitely make this again. So delicious.

Yum! Makes a great topper for baked potatoes, too.
I did not add in cilantro, though, because my family isn’t a big fan of it.

People argued over who got to sit next to this bowl of dip. if you don’t do spicy very often, make sure you remove the ribs and the seeds from the jalapenos.

This dip is absolutely delicious!!! Had to omit the cilantro since I’m allergic but it doesn’t taste like it’s missing a thing!

I made this to take to my MIL’s for Easter dinner. It was awesome! I couldn’t stop “testing” it before I took it over, and it disappeared so fast, I hardly got to have any! I’ll definitely be keeping this recipe in my favorites!

Fantastic! It is much thicker than Chuy’s but you can certainly thin it out. I actually loved it thicker– more to put on my chips! I took this to a party and it got rave reviews. Thanks soooo much for submitting it.

Try subbing half to a third of the sour cream with Ken’s Real Mayonnaise (has to be this brand, no substitutes!!) The flavor will be even closer to the real thing (happen to have some experience in the preparation *wink*)

mrsmp: I’ve eaten this for several days after making it. It keeps well. The only change I noticed was the jalapenos and garlic got stronger.
