Description

Creamy, delicious and soothing ice cream without an ice cream machine! You have to try it!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ½ cups Sweetened, Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¼ cups Sour Cream
  • ¼ cups Dried Lavender
  • 1 pinch Salt

Preparation

Start by whipping heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then set aside. Mix all ingredients together (except lavender) until incorporated, then whisk in the whipped cream until smooth. Add lavender.

Divide into 4 parts and place in freeze-safe plastic containers in the freezer to harden.

This was so simple to make and so good. I can see myself using the recipe with chocolate chips, candy bar pieces, fresh fruit, the possibilities are endless.
