Delicious hot and bubbly cheese bread.
Preheat oven to 425F.
Grate two cups each of cheddar, jack, and muenster cheese. Dice green onions to yield about 1/2 cup.
Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Add enough mayonnaise to reach a goopy consistency.
Cut french bread loaf in half lengthwise. Spread cheese mixture onto bread. Place on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly. Remove from oven and cut into 2-inch slices and serve.
Note: More or less green onions can be added to your taste.

Oh man, my husband doesn’t do mayo, but something tells me that as long he doesn’t see me making it, he’ll wolf this down! Totally making it this week!
