Love this dip – as a fan of both Hummus and Feta I can say that this is the perfect mixture for me. Love the fresh spinach in there and might try to add a little more to get the same color. It’s a little thick (especially after refrigerated) so I might add some water or liquid from the garbanzo beans next time to see whether that would make it creamier. It makes a lot of dip so just for the two of us I might half the recipe next time. For a party it is just right though.

This is always a huge hit whenever I make it! People are always asking me for the recipe…it is epic! I add more spinach (which for me gives it the same color as the picture), decrease the olive oil and feta (sometimes, depending on how strong of a feta I use), add more garlic, much less red pepper flakes…it’s very forgiving and easy to tweak based on your audiences’ preferences.

I halved the recipe and it came out perfect. Everyone LOVED it. Perfect for a party.

Mine looks nothing like the picture – nowhere near as green, but it’s really, really tasty! I was out of tahini, so I just subbed sesame oil. Great dip, will stay in my repetoire for sure!

I found it heavy on the garlic for some reason. I used the amount called for, and normally I love garlic, so maybe those 2 cloves just happened to be super strong? I will definitely try this again though, very unique flavor and a great switch up from your average hummus.

This is so yummy! I, like others, varied it a bit. I steamed and pureed my spinach first which kept it from getting too thick and also used chili powder and roasted garlic instead.

I love this stuff and will make it again. I made half with the red pepper flakes and half without and personally like the half without best. My kids however liked the half with the pepper flakes best.

Wow…….this was awesome!!!! Thanks for the recipe. Call me crazy but I do not like Tahini so I left it out and it was still by far the best hummus.

Mmmm this looks delish!!! I am obsessed with hummus. I make it aaaaaallll the time and love love love finding new flavors to try! I love hummus on sandwiches instead of mayo, and this would be soooo yummy on a veggie sandwich!

if you reserve the liquid from the garbanzo beans you can add it one tablespoon at a time until the hummus is at your desired consistency. This is what most recipes call for and does help keep it smooth, especially since garbanzo beans and feta are dry.
I plan on making this recipe this weekend…it looks amazing!
