Enjoy crisp, no-guilt chips made right in your own home!
Preheat oven to 225ºF. Line two 11-inch by 16-inch baking sheets with silicon liners. Place potato or apple slices single layer on a lined sheet. Bake for one hour until crisp and dried.

I think parchment paper would work as good as the silicone sheets.

I haven’t tried sweet potatoes yet, but they are on my to-do list. I’d bet they’ll work fine. As for drizzling olive oil, yes, you can but I’d err on the side of less is more. Really, they tasted amazing with just a sprinkling on sea salt and nothing more. So glad everyone is loving them!

WHAT? It’s that SIMPLE? And stores charge $3 per small bag of them, and they mostly get crushed.. sheesh!
I”m with Renee.. what about sweet potatoes!? What if you don’t have silicone sheets?

These are great! I have also tried doing it in the microwave and it works fine too!
