A tasty attempt at the traditional Korean side dish. Great as a snack, or with stir-fried veggies and rice for a meal.
For the tofu:
(Dab the tofu with paper towels before cooking.)
1. Heat the oil in a sauce pan on medium-high heat.
2. Fry the tofu for a few minutes on each side until lightly browned.
For the sauce:
1. Place all the other ingredients in a small bowl and stir. The longer the sauce sits, the more flavorful the sauce becomes.
Pour the sauce over the tofu and serve.
So easy! Yay!

This looks so good. I’ve been on a scrambled tofu kick, but this recipe looks like a keeper!
