Cucumber boats topped with Greek yogurt and everything bagel seasoning—a great healthy snack for lunch or after school (or work)!
1. Place the first 5 ingredients in a small airtight jar or container. Cover and shake once or twice to combine evenly. Set the everything bagel seasoning aside.
2. Spoon the Greek yogurt into the groove of each cucumber half and sprinkle with some of the seasoning (you’ll have a lot leftover). Slice the cucumber into bite-sized pieces, transfer to a platter and serve immediately.
