I can’t eat many carbs, so this is my go-to dinner (even from back in the days when I did eat bread). It’s cheap and yummy. Hope you like it too!
Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Meanwhile, drain the tuna and mix it with all of the other ingredients, breaking up the tuna and combining everything evenly. Form the mixture into 2 patties.
Once the butter is melted, fry the patties until they’re cooked through (mostly just to get the egg cooked), flipping about halfway through.
Serve warm.

Absolutely delicious! I was doubtful cause I’m not such a big fan of tuna – but it was so tasty! The outside was nice and crispy and the inside was so creamy. A definite keeper – thank you!

I just made this as I was hungry and happened to have all the ingredients in the house. Best tuna patties ever! I love the crisp outside and the creamy inside. Perfect for a fast meal. I used Hidden Valley powdered ranch dressing for the herb mix and four mixed white cheeses for the cheese because that’s what I had. I will definitely be making this on a regular basis. Yum!
