Burrito bowl with grilled chicken breast, fresh cucumber, cooked sweet corn, rice, fresh peppers, and sour cream.
Cook sweet corn and rice separately.
Bake, pan fry or grill chicken breast. (You can use leftover roasted chicken as well.)
Chop peppers and cucumber. Feel free to add yellow onions or spring onions as well.
Mix all ingredients in one bowl or serve immediealy in separate bowls. Don’t forget to add sour cream on top.
