Warm bacon berry-berry dressing is scrumptious on this salad. Such a tasty way to use leftover holiday turkey, or turkey from the deli. Suitable for Atkins, Keto, LCHF, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, nut free option.
In a small bowl, warm the bacon crumbles in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
In a large bowl, layer the salad ingredients in order listed.
In the small bowl used to warm the bacon crumbles, melt the bacon grease and sugar free jam together in the microwave (20 seconds or so). Add the remaining dressing ingredients and mix well.
Drizzle warm dressing over the salad. Serve.
