Description

These simple rollups are very tasty, and very quick to make for a meal or for appetizers. The paleo wraps are made from coconut, and are gluten free. Suitable for gluten-free, Atkins, keto, lchf, low carb, diabetic, low glycemic, dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces, fluid Organic Valley Cultured Cream Cheese, Softened (or Kite Hill For Dairy Free)
  • 1 whole Julian's Bakery Turmeric Paleo Wrap
  • 1 ounce, fluid Safeway Select Italian Dry Salame
  • 1 stalk Green Onion, Diced
  • 3 whole Nature Sweet Cherub Tomatoes, Diced

Preparation

Soften cream cheese for only about 10 seconds in the microwave until just spreadable.

Spread ingredients on wrap in order listed. Roll up wrap.

For a meal, cut in 1/2 and serve. For appetizers, refrigerate for about 1 hour for cream cheese to fully set up. Slice into rounds and serve.
