Vinegar Slaw

Description
Tangy slaw that will make a perfect side dish for your next cookout!
Ingredients
- 1 head Green Cabbage, Cored
- 1 whole Sweet Onion
- 2 whole Carrots
- ½ cups White Vinegar
- ½ cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- Salt To Taste
Preparation
Slice the cabbage into bite size pieces. Dice the onion and grate the carrots. In a large bowl stir together the cabbage, onion, carrots, white vinegar, sugar, celery seed, dry mustard and salt. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Will keep up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
