Broccoli and cauliflower in a coconut curry sauce.
Heat olive oil on medium high heat and add the red chiles and cook for 2 minutes. Next add the sliced onion and cook for 5 minutes until it softens. Continue by adding the broccoli and cauliflower cut into florets and cook for 3-4 minutes.
In a separate bowl pour the coconut milk into a mixing bowl. Add the curry powder and turmeric and mix well. Pour the curry mixture over the veggies and simmer for another 10 minutes.
