This tasty dish takes literally 1 minute to prepare, so you can sit back and put your feet up.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (Gas Mark 5 / 375°F).
Lay each corn cob on a sheet of silver foil, and distribute the chilli and coriander evenly across the two cobs. Place a lump of butter on top of each.
Wrap each cob tightly into a foil parcel, scrunching the edges of the foil together to seal the package.
Bake for 25 minutes, until hot and tender.
