Try this version of an oven baked fry with a kick!
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Wash and peel potatoes. Slice potatoes in half and then cut the halves into planks. Slice each plank into medium or large steak fry wedges. Put them into a bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over potatoes. Sprinkle with all of the seasonings, tossing to cover. Place potatoes flat on a large baking pan. Cook for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and turn over to brown the other side. Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
Note: for more heat, increase red pepper flakes to 1/2 teaspoon.
