These were pretty good, I just had a few minor problems with the recipe. The onions and the brussels sprouts cooked unevenly, the onions were still pretty raw at the end of cooking time (although the sprouts were perfect). Next time, I’ll slice the onion finer than those in the picture. I also wasn’t the hugest fan of the combination of flavors in the soy and sprouts. I was out of sesame oil though, so that added flavor may have made me like it a little more. Overall, it was pretty good though

I made this for dinner tonight. I loved the flavor. Wonderful!!! I accidently added the balsamic vinegar before I baked it, but it was fine.

Wow this looks great! We love brussels sprouts and grew them in the garden this year – they last a long time in the refrigerator, so I’m always looking for new ways to prepare them. Thanks for posting this recipe!
