Ingredients

  • 2 whole Ham Hocks
  • 1 bag New Potatoes 3-pound Bag
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 pound Fresh Green Beans
  • 1 whole Onion

Preparation

Wash the new potatoes. Place ham hocks in a large pot, add in potatoes and cover with water. Peel and smash garlic with the side of a knife and add it into the pot. Add in salt and pepper and bring to simmer. Simmer, covered for 15 minutes.

While the potatoes are simmering, clean and stem the green beans and chop the onion.

This looks delicious. I will definitely try it. I have been
stuck on Ree’s spanish beans for so long——–I need to find something a little different.
