Delicious vegetable flavor combination sautéed in brown butter.
In a 12″ cast iron skillet over medium high heat, melt butter. Once melted and beginning to brown add the fresh or frozen sugar peas, onion, black pepper and water chestnuts. Cook and stir mixture until onion starts to soften then reduce heat to medium and cook for an 8 additional minutes. Serve with brown rice! Enjoy.
