A simple version of fried rice that can easily be made with what you already have in your pantry!
Cook your rice according to the package instructions. Set aside. Using leftover rice is always a plus because it seems to work better for fried rice.
In a skillet, heat up your sesame oil on medium heat. Add in your garlic, onion, and shredded carrot. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Crack in 2 eggs and immediately stir to scramble them. Add in your cooked rice, soy sauce, and green onion. Mix to combine and heat through.
