My favorite side to go with a grilled cheese sandwich, these potato wedges are lightly seasoned and delicious.
The serving size is 1 potato per person.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut potatoes into wedges by first cutting them in half. Then take each half and cut into fourths.
In a large bowl, add ingredients listed and toss to coat.
Add seasoned potato wedges on a shallow baking sheet, all of them facing one side.
Bake for 5 minutes then flip each wedge (sometimes I skip this step if I’m in a hurry and it comes out just fine, but I like this step because it makes both sides brown).
Bake for additional 5 minutes.
