Simple but delicious spinach side dish.
Heat oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the whole garlic cloves and saute until it’s golden brown.
Slowly add in the spinach, let it wilt and keep adding until it’s all in. Sprinkle very lightly with sea salt.
Gently stir to let spinach wilt down more and meld with flavors, then toss in the raisins.
Stir for a few minutes so the raisins get juicy and plump. Take off heat and enjoy!
