Radishes sautéed in coconut oil, with fresh herbs.
Saute the onion, garlic, and green peppers in coconut oil over medium-high heat until they begin to brown at the edges.
Add the parsley and oregano, and cook for a minute more.
Add in radishes, stir and saute for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Chiffonade the basil and spinach leaves, and add to the radishes along with red pepper flakes and salt (both to taste), stirring constantly and cooking for another minute, until wilted.
