This is a perfect addition to any holiday dinner! This parsnip mash will have you forgetting about the mashed potatoes! It is also paleo-friendly for everyone to enjoy.
Wash, peel, and cube parsnips. Fill a pot with water, season with salt, and bring to a boil. Once water is boiling, add parsnips. Check for doneness after 10 minutes, using a fork to check. Once tender, drain and use a potato masher or hand mixer to mash until creamy.
Add ghee and seasoning and blend until incorporated. Serve immediately or store in a glass container.
