These Roasted Sweet Potatoes are so tender and have tons of flavor. They couldn’t be easier to make!
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a small bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and cumin.
Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into small cubes. Place them on a baking sheet and drizzle with enough olive oil to coat. Sprinkle on enough of the seasoning mixture to coat. You can use as much or as little as you like.
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until they are soft and golden brown. Turn them over once about halfway through.
