Description

Fresh green beans are tossed with olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and freshly ground black pepper then roasted to perfection!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Green Beans, Washed And Trimmed
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1  Lemon, Zested
  • Salt To Taste
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
  • Lemon Juice, If Desired

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450ºF.

In a medium bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Place green beans on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Roast for 15–20 minutes, tossing halfway through to ensure even cooking. Serve immediately with freshly squeezed lemon juice if desired.
