This Roasted Garlic Cauliflower is easy to prepare, gluten-free, and full of flavor.
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Spread cauliflower in a single layer onto baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil. Lightly toss with a spoon to ensure each piece is coated. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until tops are browned, stirring cauliflower halfway through to ensure even baking. Remove from oven and top with Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
