Broccoli florets with a delicious sour cream sauce.
Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt and pepper (to taste), and bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes (or until tender).
Melt butter over medium heat and saute onion until translucent. Add in herbs and cook another minute, stirring constantly. Add in sugar, vinegar, and pepper.
Turn heat to low, and gently fold in sour cream. Heat through. Thin with milk, to desired consistency, and serve the sauce over broccoli.
