Tender, crisp asparagus topped with a light, tangy yogurt sauce.
1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
2. Place asparagus on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Shake the pan to roll the asparagus in the oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Roast for 12-15 minutes or until tender, stirring once halfway through.
4. Meanwhile, for the sauce, whisk together the yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, and white pepper in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
5. To serve, remove asparagus to plates and top with yogurt sauce.
