Description

The perfect side dish to any spring meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Asparagus, Washed And Tough Ends Cut Off
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Spray with cooking spray. Place the asparagus spears on the baking sheet.
3. Drizzle asparagus with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Roll the spears so they are all well coated in the balsamic and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Roast for 10-12 minutes or until tender. I stir the asparagus halfway through.
5. Serve hot.

This was delicious! I am not a talented cook, but it was super-easy. Mine didn’t quite take 10 minutes, but I like them a little crisp.

This is how I almost ALWAYS make asparagus, except that I usually drizzle with the balsamic right after I remove from the oven. Delicious!

Tried this and it was delicious. Used cold leftovers in a salad the next night and I think it was even better cold.

This is my favorite way to prepare Asparagus. Sometimes I toss in some chopped garlic. mmmmmm.
